Students with a B.A. in Anthropology can pursue careers in local, state and federal government; market research; forensic medicine; public health; foreign affairs; urban planning; environmental protection; social services; education; historical preservation; museum administration; and human and cultural resource management.

A bachelor's degree in anthropology provides an excellent foundation for pursuing a Master of Arts or Ph.D. in Anthropology and in allied disciplines in the human sciences. It is also an excellent undergraduate degree to have if pursuing a law career, or graduate study in education, international business, international relations and communications.
