Internships & Careers
The Management Department sponsors and supports qualified students in the cooperative education program. Through this experience, students typically find easy access to entry-level jobs. A management major prepares you for both entry-level and long-range advancement. Many management majors enter corporate training programs designed to prepare them for middle management positions and eventual advancement to top positions. Others choose entry-level positions in specific functional areas including:

  • Benefits Management
  • Compensation Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Labor Relations
  • Leadership
  • Manufacturing or Service Management
  • Operations Scheduling
  • Organization Training and Development
  • Policy Management
  • Production or Operations Planning
  • Purchasing
  • Supervisory Management

Seton Hall also has an excellent Career Center, with a multitude of resources and personnel whose primary mission is to set you on the right career path.
