Seton Hall University's online Master of Arts in Education Leadership, Management and Policy (M.A.E.L.M.P.) is a two-year graduate program geared toward working professionals interested in becoming educational administrators, such as principals or department supervisors.

Who Should Apply?
Teachers, school administrators or those interested in careers in educational administration and supervision should apply to the program. Most of our applicants have at least five years of classroom experience. 

Courses and Residencies
The online M.A.E.L.M.P. is a two-year program consisting of 13, three-credit courses. The program also requires two on-campus weekend residency visits, which afford you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with SetonWorldWide professors and your peers in the program.
