Overview

The online M.A. program in Human Resources Training and Development for law enforcement officers is delivered primarily through Internet-based courses, taught by nationally recognized scholars and practitioners, from a curriculum that focuses on personnel administration, management policy, training and development.  The program is comprised of a total of 36 credits for degree completion.  The program's objective is to prepare law enforcement professionals for leadership roles by providing an intensive, high-quality, graduate-level educational experience.

The courses you'll take online are similar to the courses Seton Hall students taken in the on-campus program. In only 24 months, you can advance your career, all according to your own schedule.

Who Should Apply?
Law enforcement officers, and individuals in related criminal justice fields, comprise the larger number of applicants, individuals who are highly motivated and disciplined, and who have earned the baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, are welcome to apply for admissions consideration.

Courses and Residencies
This 24-month, 36-credit hour program requires two weekend residencies and is offered exclusively in learning teams.
