eDoptions

What is eDoptions?

eDoptions is Seton Hall’s new system for placing book orders for courses. It replaces the previous Lotus Notes-based book order system.

Why use eDoptions?

  • eDoptions will remember what books you used.
  • Place orders for multiple terms from the same login.
  • Set up your account to automatically send e-mail updates in adoption status.
  • Your order will move seamlessly from the eDoptions site to the Bookstore’s CourseTracks text management system to the “Buy My Books Now” function during the student registration process.

How do I get started?

Take a few minutes to set up your account; you’ll only need to do this once.

  1. Browse to the eDoptions area of the Bookstore Web site.
  2. Register for a new account. When asked for the store-supplied password, enter 544.
  3. Submit your book order(s).

For assistance, use the Bookstore’s online guide or contact the store at (973) 761-9065 during business hours to speak to a customer service representative.
